Media Storage & Retention

Your project media is stored securely. Your project portal stays open for 45 days after we wrap your project. After that we keep material as long as we reasonably can, as a courtesy, but we do not guarantee a retention period, so please keep your own copies of your photos and videos. Business records are kept as required by law.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to run our business, such as payment, email, and cloud storage providers. We never sell your information.
